Eligibility and acceptance

CFBPools is for people age 13 and older.

By creating an account, joining a pool, or using a private invite, you confirm that you are at least 13 and agree to follow these terms and the pool rules shown before the draft begins. Do not use another person’s account or misrepresent your identity.

Free-to-play service

No platform entry fees, prizes, or sportsbook activity.

CFBPools does not collect, hold, advertise, or distribute entry fees or prizes. It does not provide wagering, odds-taking, or sportsbook services. Any private arrangement made away from CFBPools is independent, unsupported, and not administered by the platform.

Accounts and conduct

Protect access and keep pools respectful.

You are responsible for your account, nickname, optional profile details, and private invite links. Do not share sign-in or invite links publicly; scrape or disrupt the service; automate picks outside supported features; impersonate others; harass players; or publish illegal, deceptive, prize-related, or abusive content.

Organizers may manage their own pool settings before lock. CFBPools may remove content, restrict an account, close a pool, or preserve evidence when reasonably needed for security, safety, legal compliance, or rule enforcement.

Availability and results

Schedules and standings may be corrected.

CFBPools may correct schedule or result data, scoring errors, or clearly invalid pool records and will keep a record of material corrections. Service availability is not guaranteed; a failed or incomplete draft is marked unfinished and does not enter standings rather than being silently completed.

Names and affiliation

Independent product, not a school or league service.

CFBPools is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the NCAA, College Football Playoff, any conference, school, team, broadcaster, or data provider. School and competition names identify factual subjects. Generic initials and colors are used instead of school logos.

Privacy and contact

Your privacy choices remain part of the agreement.
